Consignment Information

Compensation: Fortune Auction Gallery, Inc. will receive for its' services of selling your property at auction, and will retain from the proceeds of its sales as compensation, a commission amount based upon the final bid price of each item sold as follows:

• (a) Ten percent (10%) of individual auction items selling at $10,000 and above.
• (b) Fifteen percent (15%) of individual auction items selling at $1,000 thru $10,000.
• (c) Twenty percent (20%) of individual auction items selling at $100 thru $1,000.
• (d) Twenty-five percent (25%) of individual auction items selling at any amount thru $100.

This commission includes all normal expenses of sale except for transportation, photograph charges, and outside consultants as set forth below. It is expressly agreed that Buyer's premium are the exclusive property of Fortune Auction Gallery, Inc.

Insurance Charge: A charge for the cost of insurance equal to one and one half percent (1.5%) of the Hammer Price will be deducted.

Photography Charge: Photographs of consigned goods shall be free of charge. Fortune Auction Gallery, Inc. shall retain the exclusive copyright to its photographs or other illustrations of the Goods.

Payment: Payment to the consignor, for items sold and paid for, will be made within thirty (30) business days after items are sold. Any item not paid for will be deemed not sold and at Auctioneer's discretion, items may be offered in a subsequent auction or returned to consignor, with no further liability on the part of the Auctioneer.

Shipping: Shipping of consignor's items to and from Fortune Auction Gallery, Inc. shall be the consignor's responsibility. Fortune Auction Gallery, Inc. will not be liable for any damage or lost occurred during transportation of items.
